Role Description
We have Part Time and Full Time hybrid role for a Benefits Adviser located in Holbrook, NY, with flexibility for some remote work. The Benefits Adviser will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, conducting training sessions, generating sales leads, explaining insurance policies and options, and assisting clients with claims.
Comission + Bonus Pay Structure

-Experience in Customer Service
-Training and Sales skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively
-Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
